Cycurity, its managers, directors, officers, employees, shareholders, suppliers, agents, representatives, other third parties and/or the heirs of the above and/or those replacing them, are hereby fully, completely, and unconditionally exempt from any and all obligation and are not responsible for any part of the content on the Website, including but not limited to third-party content, software, products, or any other part used in connection with the Website or contained therein, being complete, accurate, updated, timely, secure, interruption or error-free, or that defects will be corrected, or for any decision you make based on anything contained or accessible through the Website.
4.2. You bear sole responsibility for any damages and claims in this respect, and you can immediately stop using the Website, its content and/or the products and services provided through the Website. 5. INDEMNIFICATION. To the maximum extent permitted by any applicable law, you agree to hold Cycurity harmless, indemnify and defend Cycurity, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and representatives from and against any and all actions, causes of action, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, claims and demands of whatever kind or nature, in law or equity, directly or indirectly, arising out of or in any way related to your violation of these Terms or your access to, use of or browsing in the Website, and all costs and expenses incurred by Cycurity as a result thereof, including attorney’s fees and court costs.
6. COMMUNICATIONS. In connection with your use of the Website, Cycurity may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some, but not all, of those communications.
7. GOVERNING LAW. The Terms and any dispute arising in connection therewith, shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, and you hereby agree that all such disputes shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
8. MINORS. The Website and/or Service are not intended for use by minors. In the event that it is brought to our attention that a person under the age of eighteen (18) years makes use of our Website and/or Service, we reserve the right to prevent his/her access to the Website. If you are under the age of 18, please read these Terms carefully with your parents (or other legal guardian). If you (or your parents or legal guardian) do not accept the Terms, you are requested to refrain from making any use of the Website and/or Service for any purpose whatsoever.
9. MISCELLANEOUS.

9.2. Non-wavier. Any waiver, modification, or indulgence that we provide to you, of any kind or at any time, applies only to the specific instance involved and will not act as a general waiver or a waiver, modification, or indulgence under these Terms for any other or future acts, events, or conditions. Further, any delay in enforcing our rights under these Terms does not constitute forfeiture of such rights delegate any of your obligations or duties of performance, without our express written consent.
9.3. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, this shall not affect the remaining provisions.
